No guaranteed outcomes
No particular number of delivered emails, replies, meetings, qualified prospects, pipeline, revenue, or return on investment is promised. Campaign results depend on factors outside any one party's control, including the product, offer, market, list quality, sending reputation, recipient response, and the client's follow-up process.
Client responsibilities and compliance
Before an engagement, the client should provide accurate product information, approve campaign claims and messaging, define relevant audiences and exclusions, and make timely decisions needed for campaign operation.
